By downloading, accessing, or playing Word Guessing ("Tebak Kata", the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the App.
2. User Accounts & Authentication
You may be required to sign in using third-party authentication providers such as Google Sign-In to save your game progression, stage completions, scores, and rankings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
3. In-Game Progress & Virtual Items
All gameplay elements, including stages, scoreboards, hints, coins, and unlocked levels, are virtual items with no monetary value outside the App. Binarydev reserves the right to adjust, modify, or reset progression systems for game balancing and anti-cheat maintenance.
4. User Conduct & Fair Play
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the gameplay.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the backend APIs or mobile client.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended vulnerabilities to unfairly advance stages or manipulate rankings.
- Impersonate another user, developer, or affiliate of Binarydev.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including game art, audio assets, design, word puzzles, databases, code, and trademarks, are and will remain the exclusive property of Binarydev and its licensors.
6. Service Modifications & Termination
Binarydev reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the game service at any time without prior notice. We may terminate or suspend access to your account immediately if you breach these Terms.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Binarydev disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binarydev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
